4. Payments and Billing

a. Fees

All fees for services are specified on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

b. Payment Terms

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to services.

c. Refund Policy

We do not offer 100% refunds at all. Our services are charged at start of each 30 day period. You can cancel the contract anytime and you will not be charged or the next month. 

Customer will be refunded 80% of the total amount only if they cancel the contract within 3 days of signing. It is customer’s sole responsibility to MUST notify Locify.ai team at hello@locify.ai.  

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locify.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of our services for your needs.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Locify.ai without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct harmful to our platform or other users.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
